Vespa Reinforced Silent Block - PX80-150, Sprint, VNA-VBB - BGM-PRO  

The silent blocks are the engine mountings of your Vespa. They are an essential part of the suspension of your scooter. The reinforced bgm engine mounts give much better and direct handling without loosening on comfort and they are cutting down vibrations.

Cornering grip, vibration dampening, drag and shear forces they all need to be handled by the Silentblocks. The bgm ones are the right choice for better road handling, improved cornering and a safer ride and all this without cutting corners on the so important vibration dampening.

Upshot: Vital part of a perfect suspension!


FITTING

Vespa PX80-150, Sprint, VNA-VBB have originally pressed in silentblocks. To get these of the casings you have to grind, cut or drill off the ends. Then you take off the tube and rubbers from the casings. Put the new bgm PRO rubbers into the casings while using a little bit of talcum. The rubber rhs (cylinder side) has a pre mounted plastic spacer ring. Please do not remove it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Don’t grease or oil the new rubbers. Dry mount these and use talcum to ease up the fitting.
